Oman’s low-cost airline, SalamAir, has partnered with Bank Muscat to offer customers a convenient payment plan option. This new service allows Bank Muscat credit cardholders to pay for their flight bookings in up to 12 interest-free monthly instalments, providing increased financial flexibility.
Available for bookings made through the SalamAir website or app, the instalment plan requires a minimum spend of US$260. This initiative is aimed at making travel more accessible by allowing passengers to spread the cost of their flights over a longer period.
Sherif Hosny, SalamAir’s Director of Marketing, commented on the partnership: “This collaboration reflects our dedication to improving customer satisfaction and making travel more affordable.”
Abdullah Hamood Al Jufaili, Assistant General Manager of Digital Banking at Bank Muscat, added: “Partnering with SalamAir allows us to extend our innovative financial services to a broader customer base.”
To use this payment plan, Bank Muscat credit cardholders can select the Easy Payment Plan option during checkout when booking tickets on the SalamAir website or mobile app.
