- Due to safety measures, please note that the Snow Bullet is limited to a maximum weight capacity of 100 kg.
- Children under 14 must always be accompanied by an adult.
- Helmets must be worn by any guests who are under 13 years old.
- Cameras or phones are not allowed inside the Penguin Encounter Area.
- To enter the ice rink, guests must be at least 1.20 meters tall.
